Shipping Policy for Premium Goldfish Canada

At Premium Goldfish Canada, we take great care of our goldfish. Before they ship, they go through a quarantine process in our facility. We think you should do the same when you get your goldfish.

Preparing for Shipping

Our goldfish go without food for three days before they ship to keep them safe during the trip. We use UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight to get them to you quickly in Canada.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping depends on where you live and how many live fish you’re ordering. You’ll see the cost at checkout.

Free Shipping

we offer free shipping if you order at least $600 worth of live fish, excluding any discounts you’ve applied. If you have multiple orders, you won’t get free shipping. Also, you can’t use free shipping with the First Order 10% discount.

UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Overnight start at $20 for packing charges (insulated shipping container). These carriers are the fastest and most reliable shipping options for to-door delivery within Canada. The shipping charges only apply to goldfish; fish food won’t cost any extra. Live goldfish will be shipped separately from other non-live fish in special packages with unique tracking numbers. When ordering live goldfish and dry goods, they’ll be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Delivery Date Selection: You can choose a delivery date between the two upcoming shipping days (Tuesdays). The fish won’t be held at our facility for more than two shipping days. If you cancel your order during the holding period, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. Check out our cancellation policy for more details.

Shipping Schedule

Shipping happens every Tuesday, except holidays. Make sure someone’s home to receive and move your delivery indoors right away when it arrives.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier’s customer support right away. Live animals can’t wait! They can help you find your package.

Premium Goldfish Canada isn’t responsible for packages once delivery is confirmed. But we know this can be frustrating. If you let us know about the incident, we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for both of us.

These things don’t happen often, especially when you use premium services like UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight, which are super reliable.

Best wishes,

Premium Goldfish Canada
